"A few years ago, a DNA search connected me with my adopted brother, Robert. We clicked as a family right away — finding him felt a little magical. He'd run an online estate-auction business for years, and took me under his wing. That's how SunnyCal began, right here in Southern California."

Family is the whole point of this work. Brian and I (that's Tracie) have four grown children, three married, with two grandchildren we adore. Our kids, my mom LaWana, my sister Holly, and a few trusted friends all pitch in on auction days. We run SunnyCal on honesty, integrity, and hard work — and we treat every estate like it's our own.

What if items don't sell?

We typically sell 90–98% of sellable items. Unsold items can be donated, disposed of via our trash-out service, or returned to you — your choice.
